Shipping Policy

To ensure that you are getting your product on time, we will start to package and ship your order as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. 

Once an order is placed all products are dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

Once an order is processed & shipped  : Delivery will be within 2-5 business days 

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process.

We cannot process any order if the charges did not clear .

We will try our best to see it that your order is delivered on time, although knittedfriends.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

You will be charged when your order is placed, along with applicable shipping and tax rates charges.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking.

Our small business began its journey in Early 2022 with a simple desire: to find the perfect newborn gift for a dear friend's baby. But to our surprise, we couldn't find anything that truly captured our vision. That's when inspiration struck, and we decided to take matters into our own hands by creating something unique and special. We designed all our characters & trademarked our Brand to make it truly unique.

We are committed to using only the finest materials in our creations. Our toys are meticulously crafted from 100% organic cotton yarn , providing a soft and safe experience for your baby. Additionally, our rattles are made from sustainable beech wood, making them not only eco-friendly but also excellent sensory items that engage and stimulate your little one's senses.
