Política de devoluciones

Para devolver o cambiar un artículo sin usar o defectuoso, contáctenos directamente en info@knittedfriends.com. Le ofreceremos instrucciones paso a paso sobre cómo enviar su pieza por correo. Usted será responsable del costo de enviarnos la pieza por correo.

Ofrecemos una política de devolución de 30 días a partir de la fecha de entrega del pedido.

Una vez que haya enviado la devolución y hayamos inspeccionado la pieza, le notificaremos y le informaremos si su devolución ha sido aprobada o no.

Si se aprueba su devolución, le enviaremos un reembolso en su método de pago original.

Tenga en cuenta que su reembolso puede reflejarse dentro de 3 a 10 días hábiles.

Daños y Defectos

Una vez que reciba su producto, inspeccione el artículo. Tenga en cuenta que debido a que nuestros juguetes y sonajeros están hechos a ganchillo y hechos a mano, puede haber ligeras variaciones en comparación con la imagen del producto.

Los defectos pueden incluir costuras en los ojos o características específicas que pertenecen a ese personaje.

Los daños pueden incluir que la pieza se rompa al llegar debido al transportista.

Si recibe el artículo incorrecto, para que podamos evaluar el problema y corregirlo.

Our small business began its journey in Early 2022 with a simple desire: to find the perfect newborn gift for a dear friend's baby. But to our surprise, we couldn't find anything that truly captured our vision. That's when inspiration struck, and we decided to take matters into our own hands by creating something unique and special. We designed all our characters & trademarked our Brand to make it truly unique.

We are committed to using only the finest materials in our creations. Our toys are meticulously crafted from 100% organic cotton yarn , providing a soft and safe experience for your baby. Additionally, our rattles are made from sustainable beech wood, making them not only eco-friendly but also excellent sensory items that engage and stimulate your little one's senses.
